Hello Golden Goddess friend!
Today I’m sharing with you another item in my toolkit: Women who want to revolutionize and fully transform our lives, we don’t go on that journey alone.
Our girlfriends, acquaintances, families, support groups are so important for our healing. It’s great to have our Family Village to support us through life’s ups and downs. But at the same time, women who are serious about transforming our lives, we work with a coach. Or a really well recommended therapist.
When I talk about a therapist, I mean someone who is able to assist you in being able to transform your life. Aka not Woody Allen sitting on his analysts’ couch complaining, not getting anywhere.
You want to work with someone who is going to help you transform your life, and be serious about it. The other option is working with a really well recommended coach. A life coach, or a divorce coach.
Sometimes, when we’re struggling with something, we feel that if we try to get help that it’s a sign of weakness, or we have some shame that we don’t know what to do.
One of the things I’ve learned is that even the most powerful coaches or online entrepreneurs or business people I know: They all have coaches!
I have been working with a coaching program and they’re so powerful.
I’ve been part of a group coaching program that’s had a tremendous impact on my life over the last 5 months. Sometimes I still get knocked, sometimes I’m really sad, I’m still lonely. But most of the time, what I have is hope and happiness and possibility in my lief in a way that I;d never experienced before. The coaching made me get out of my own way when I didn’t even realize I was in my own way.
Drop me a message if you’d like any recommended coaching programs, and I’d love to hear what your thoughts on working with a coach or therapist.
